These terms govern your use of services provided by Snowline Autoglass ("Snowline," "we," "us") at 20691 Langley Bypass, Unit 102, Langley, BC and at any mobile service location. By engaging us for services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide automotive glass repair and replacement, ADAS calibration, and related vehicle services. We use OEM-spec materials and follow manufacturer-specified procedures. Service-specific details (timing, warranty, what's included) are provided in writing before any work begins.

Workmanship Warranty

We provide a lifetime workmanship warranty on glass installations against leaks, wind noise, and installation defects, for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty does not cover subsequent damage from impact, accident, or modification. Glass-manufacturer warranties on the glass itself are passed through to you and are governed by the manufacturer's terms.

Insurance Claims

We are an authorized ICBC Repair Network shop and can file claims on your behalf for glass damage covered under ICBC Comprehensive insurance. Coverage decisions are made by ICBC, not by us. We do not guarantee that any specific claim will be approved or that any specific damage will be covered.

Pricing

Quoted prices are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified. Final invoiced prices may vary if vehicle inspection reveals additional damage or required repairs not visible at quote. We communicate any change before proceeding with additional work.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the cost of the original service. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit such limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
