We pay above industry standard for the right people, we provide real ongoing training (especially on ADAS, which is changing fast), and we treat the shop like a place we all want to be: clean, organized, well-equipped, with the tools you actually need to do good work.
Roles we're typically interested in
Auto glass technicians with 2+ years of experience in windshield replacement, rock chip repair, and the various other glass services. Knowledge of urethane bonding, ICBC processes, and mobile install logistics is a big plus.
ADAS calibration specialists with hands-on experience calibrating Honda Sensing, Toyota Safety Sense, Subaru EyeSight, Tesla, or equivalent. Static and dynamic calibration both.
Customer service / claims coordinator: the person who answers phones, opens ICBC claims, manages scheduling, and handles the dozens of small communications that keep the shop running smoothly. Strong written communication and ICBC familiarity are essential.
