• Do you handle ICBC claims for me?

  Yes. As an ICBC Repair Network shop, we handle the entire claim process in-house. You don't need to call ICBC first. Bring us your driver's licence and we'll open the claim, get authorization, and complete the repair. Rock chip repair is $0 with no deductible. For windshield replacement, your Comprehensive deductible applies (typically $300–$1,000 depending on your policy), but the claim does not affect your claims-rated scale.

• How long does a windshield replacement take?

  A standard windshield replacement takes 60-90 minutes. We then ask the adhesive to cure for an additional 60 minutes before driving. Vehicles with ADAS (lane-keep, automatic braking, adaptive cruise) require an additional 45-90 minutes for static or dynamic calibration after replacement. Plan for 2-3 hours total for ADAS-equipped vehicles.

• Can you come to my home or office?

  Yes. We offer mobile service across Langley, Surrey, Cloverdale, Walnut Grove, Willoughby, Aldergrove, and Abbotsford. We need access to your vehicle in a sheltered area with a reasonably level surface. For ADAS-equipped vehicles, calibration requires controlled lighting and a level floor; a covered garage usually qualifies. When on-site conditions allow it, we complete the install and calibration in one visit. When they don't, we do the glass on-site and schedule a short calibration visit at our Langley shop.

• Do you offer a warranty?

  Every windshield replacement and glass repair we perform comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. This covers leaks, wind noise, and installation defects. Glass manufacturer warranties vary by brand and are also passed through to you.

• Is rock chip repair really covered by ICBC?

  Yes, in most cases. ICBC Comprehensive coverage typically includes rock chip repair with no deductible, meaning $0 out of pocket for you. Repair is always preferable to replacement when possible: it preserves the factory seal, costs nothing under coverage, and prevents the chip from spreading into a full crack. We can usually inspect, photograph, and submit your claim within 30 minutes.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  Cash, debit, all major credit cards, and direct ICBC billing. We also direct-bill BCAA, TAG Network, and Family Insurance. For other private insurers, we provide the invoices and documentation you need to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurer.
