Six steps. No surprises.
From the first phone call to the final ICBC closure email, here's exactly how a Snowline install unfolds.
- 01
First contact
Call, text, or stop in. We'll ask about your vehicle (year, make, model, trim, ADAS), the type of damage, and your insurance coverage. Within a few minutes you'll know whether the damage is repairable or needs replacement, what it'll cost (or whether ICBC covers it), and the next available appointment.
- 02
ICBC claim opened
If you're using ICBC Comprehensive coverage, we open the claim before you even arrive. Our team submits photos to ICBC's Glass Express system, gets authorization, and pre-orders glass if needed. By the time you arrive at the shop, the paperwork is done.
- 03
Glass install
60–90 minutes for a windshield, faster for chip repair, varied for other glass. We use OEM-spec materials, manufacturer-spec urethane, and follow factory bonding procedures. Free coffee, Wi-Fi, and a clean waiting area for in-shop appointments. Mobile installs happen at your location.
- 04
ADAS calibration
If your vehicle requires it (most 2018+ vehicles do), we calibrate the ADAS system right after install. Static calibration in our shop with manufacturer-specified targets, dynamic calibration on a short controlled drive if needed. You get a printed calibration report.
- 05
Cure time
Modern urethane needs about 60 minutes to reach Safe Drive Away Time. We use this window to clean your vehicle (free vacuum and exterior wash on every install), complete paperwork, and walk you through the warranty.
- 06
Closure
ICBC bills directly. We email you closure documentation including your invoice, lifetime workmanship warranty, ADAS calibration report (if applicable), and ICBC claim closure confirmation. You drive away.
